One of the smaller building projects Hurstmore has undertaken involved the conversion of a garage and a kitchen extension, turning this 3 bedroom chalet bungalow into a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a large, sociable kitchen-diner and an extended entrance hallway. The project increased the size of the house by a third, utilising space that was currently underused and so limiting the loss of the garden for an extension. The front of the house was also landscaped to add a new off-road parking area.
