New Build House, The New Forest

This new-build house is a prime example of architecturally designed contemporary living accommodation. This construction project in the beautiful setting of Beaulieu has seen the complete demolition of an existing 3 bedroom bungalow and the construction  of a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house to the highest modern and contemporary standards. Every aspect of the construction was undertaken by our building contractors, from demolition and groundworks, to full mechanical and electrical design, implementation and external landscaping works. The build also had several green elements implemented  such as a solar panel roof and an air source heat pump that negated the need for a fuelled water heater. Hurstmore have worked closely with the architects to comply with the strict requirements of constructing a new build house in a National park, to create a stunning new home for the owners in an exquisite part of the New Forest.
